After downloading the application you will get a message asking for permissions, the required permissions are you should give the permission for accessing the loaction by turning on location,seconldly you need to give permission to access you media so that the captured photos gets downloaded in the gallary later,thirdly you should give permission to access your camera to capture photos.

We can have a location services or GPS and Network provided, so that we can easily find the location accuracy by using GPS services. If not we can get by the network provided location

Picture resolution is nothing but when you zoom the captured image the image shouldn't be blurr, so this picture resololution simply depends on the mobile what you use.
